WCS’ work is unique and multifaceted, spanning many issues and challenges facing communities and public agencies. 

 We build project-specific teams that respond to community-specific needs, including economic development, watershed planning, bicycle design, freight movement, housing policy, flood mitigation, public art, public health, and other areas of interest.  Because we are flexible in our approach, we can bring in these subject matter experts at a reasonable cost  to small communities.

WCS also partners with larger regional and national firms when we can add value, such as grant writing and compliance, small project implementation management, or stakeholder facilitation.
